GridSpace refund policy

Effective 2 November 2026.

Try before you buy. GridSpace is fully unlocked for 14 days from the first time you run it, with no card and no account. Please use the trial to make sure it suits your PC and the way you work.

If you bought it and it does not work for you, email info@milneram.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number or the email you bought with. Tell us what went wrong; we will usually try to fix it first, and if we cannot, we refund the purchase in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, and normally appear within 5–10 business days.

After a refund the license key is deactivated and GridSpace goes back to its trial-ended state on your PCs. Your Spaces keep showing your files; uninstalling restores your normal desktop icons.

Steam purchases follow Steam’s own refund rules and are requested through Steam, not from us.
